The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I travelled from Cape Town for me graduation. We needed to book an extra night and the lady at reception did it effortlessly without moving us to a different room . Meme one of the waitresses ag the hotel was gem . She made our stay extra special . The Food was awesome thanks again tk Meme for sharing what specials was available ❤️

The room was exactly as it was in the picture but next time can I have a room at second floor not ground floor Though the place is amazing, I walk to the mall, very clean and cozy. I was sad because there’s no pool but to me and my partner it was so amazing. Definitely coming back I give y’all 5/5✋🏽

The staff was so welcoming and professional, I requested to see the rooms before confirming my booking and the guy who was helping me showed me different rooms without any problem. What topped it all for me during my stay was their comfortable bed and the pillows, I had peaceful sleep.
